The 256GB disk variant uses a controller YS082HC . When I tried to copy about 100GB, it reached a speed of 330 MB/s for the first 10GB. Next 62GB was between 270 MB/s and 315 MB/s. For the last 28GB speed dropped between 15 MB/s and 33 MB/s. I think this is a very good SSD for normal use.
